Today is a rather windy day here, but we decided to get some fresh air anyway.
Maggie is a pretty easy kid, but she is very sensitive to discipline. I don't know if she is embarrassed she messed up or upset for getting in trouble.
She doesn't like the word "no" and will just start crying sometimes and want to be held.
Discipline is another parental responsibility Jack and I are having to learn. Thanks to Tedd Tripp for his book on Shepherding a Child's Heart.
Proverbs 22:6 - "Train a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not turn from it." God, give me the grace and wisdom to train and discipline Maggie. Allow our home to be a home where the Gospel lives at the center.
But why would you want to turn your child's heart into a sheep?
