2 Showers, 1 Day, and a Goodbye

Yesterday Stephanie had two showers. A fun ladies, Alphabet (G is for Griffin), Macon shower.

Maggie loved the "cupcakes".

It was my last day with Stephanie. I was so sad and will miss her so much!

Last night we were in Birmingham for a fun, Mexican, couples shower.

...she is going to miss Aunt Steph so much!

I will miss my sister, but am so excited for her new life in Lake Charles.

First Movie

We had a girls' day today....movie and lunch. My mom took us to see Winnie the Pooh. Also, it is Stephanie's last day in Macon. She leaves for Lake Charles tomorrow.

Maggie was excited to go into the theater for the first time ever!

Our snacks consisted of peanut butter crackers and cherrios:)

When Pooh came on the screen, she got so excited and started holding up her Pooh and saying, "Pooh, Pooh, Pooh!"

Yesterday I drove to Lineville for Steph's first Bridal shower.

Teddy

Well, I think everyone met Maggie's pink teddy at her first birthday party. But the white teddy is the one in her crib at all times...except today he made an appearance.

Maggie loves playing with her two Teddys on the bed.

As clingy as she has been (because of the move), she has been extra clingy to her Teddys and baby.

Saturday Mornings

On Saturday mornings Jack and Maggie go out to breakfast and let me get some sleep or get stuff done around the house. He gets up with her and dresses her...when they returned this morning, I found her wearing this outfit:)

No matter what she wears, she has the best time and always returns so happy from her special time with daddy.

(it is such a great break for me and I am so thankful for a dad who wants to spend time with his daughter!)

4th of July Weekend Part 2

Happy 4th of July! Happy Independence Day!

4th of July Weekend Part 1

We are glad to be in town this weekend getting a lot done around the house...starting with our backyard!

We also had some visitors.
